Who we are
doorgo is a consumer real estate website for the Greater Toronto Area. Real estate services offered through doorgo are provided by Right at Home Realty, Brokerage. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.
Information we collect
Information you give us, when you use a form:
- your name, email address and, if you provide them, your phone number and preferred way and time to be contacted;
- details of your request, such as a home you'd like to see, preferred showing times, your questions and any notes;
- for a home estimate or market analysis: the property address and the details you enter about the home, and your relationship to it and timing;
- your consent choices, including the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, and technical details recorded with it (IP address and browser information).
Information collected automatically when you browse: pages visited and actions taken on the site, how you arrived (for example the referring site or campaign link), and a random identifier stored in a first-party cookie so visits from the same browser can be connected. See Cookies.
We don't ask for financial or government identification numbers.
How we use it
- to respond to your request: arrange a showing, answer a question, prepare an estimate or a market analysis;
- to contact you about your request in the ways you agreed to;
- to send email updates, only if you opted in;
- to operate, secure and improve the website, including understanding which pages and campaigns are useful;
- to keep records of consent and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
How requests are handled
When you send a request, it is recorded and passed to a licensed real estate agent with Right at Home Realty, Brokerage, who will follow up with you about that request. Request details may be kept in our customer-relationship tools so we can respond and keep track of the conversation.
Consent and communications
We contact you about your request only if you agree to it on the form. Email updates are sent only if you separately opt in, and every update includes a way to unsubscribe.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing or by contacting us through our Contact page. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything done before you withdrew it.
Storage, security and retention
Personal information is stored with our service providers, which may process it in Canada or other countries. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes described here and to meet legal and regulatory requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices: access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to any information we're required to keep. Contact us through our Contact page and we'll respond.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
