About Kleinburg listings
Kleinburg is a village community in northwest Vaughan, centred on Islington Avenue above the Humber River valley. It is home to the McMichael Canadian Art Collection. The Highway 427 extension to Major Mackenzie Drive, opened in 2021, brought the area closer to the highway network.
Kleinburg includes larger lots and estate homes as well as newer subdivisions around the village, so asking prices vary widely even between homes with the same number of bedrooms.
Searching Kleinburg on DoorGo
- Because prices vary so widely here, use the size filter and look at the Deal Score's confidence: a low-confidence score means the comparable homes were few or very different in price.
- Lot size and frontage often matter most for Kleinburg properties; read them from the listing description and ask us for details.
Questions
Where do these listings come from?
Listings are provided through the PropTx IDX feed from members of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, and include only listings whose brokerages allow internet display. Each listing names the brokerage that holds it. The search is refreshed from the feed throughout the day; a listing that comes off the market disappears from DoorGo on the next update.
Why is the size shown as a range?
Listing brokerages usually report interior size as a range, such as 2,000–2,500 sq ft, rather than an exact measurement. DoorGo shows the range as reported. When you filter by size, a home is included when its reported range falls within the range you choose.
What does the Deal Score mean?
Deal Score compares a listing's current asking price with the asking prices of similar listings for sale or rent right now: same style and bedrooms, in the same community where there are enough of them, and the same size range where reported. 50 is typical. It is not an appraisal and doesn't use sold prices, so it can't account for lot size, condition or renovations.
